The trolley is designed for transportation of conventional Euro stands see product ID 403 with bakery products at bakeries.
The trolley framework is welded from rectangular steel pipes. Three wheels on roller bearings with flexible (polyurethane) wear-proof and shockproof rims leaving no trails on the floor are installed on the trolley.
The front wheels are non-rotating, the rear wheel is rotating, self-aligning, and it has a swing mount on the roller bearing.
The trolley is loaded by inserting frame retainers under the boards of lower trays of stacks - 1-2 (maximum load: two stacks – 12 trays per each) and turning the handle top down (to pull). In this case the trays’ stacks get up over the floor level by 25 mm.
The off-loading of the trolley is made in a reverse sequence.
The lubrication of the swivel blocks of the trolley (except the bearings) is carried out manually not less than once per 3 months.
